Muck Removal - Surrey near Leatherhead

Does anyone have a decent muck removal contact. We have a whopper of a muck heap that needs to go. The oldest muck is about 4 years old and is in current use (10 horses). Just got one quote for about £2.5 - £3k !!!!!! About 25-30 trailer loads they think!!! I was thinking very large grab lorry would be more efficient?

MVDC do a composting scheme, so I would try them first off, to see if they want it. They make their own compost and residents can get it cheap/free (can't remember!).

If you can find a place to dump it, the haulage cost is all you are paying for

Hi Hetsmum, did you get anyway with this? I'm in Clandon and need someone to remove small muck heap before we move in three weeks. Ground is still wet so not sure if a large grab lorry could get in!
