It's new wellie time of the year - debating getting some of these, but unless they cut it for general non-horsey duty, I may as well get a pair of Aigle and just change boots for riding.

Any views? No lcoal stockists and returning is a faff if not right...

Have been pretty underwhelmed by Muckboot quality in the past....

Open to a cheap but solid leather boot, but cannot see how zipped ones can cope with deep mud and muck, and find the styling of most a bit girly for me. No pleasing some folk!

Look forward to being inspired.

I buy this boot, have done for years, haven't found anything that competes with them.

For me, I need a very warm, tall, slim boot. I go through them at a rate of a pair per year but I am very hard on all my footwear.

I can't find anything else that is as tall and slim or I would go for a cheapy boot and wear more socks :)

Echo the above word for word.
I don't bother buying anything else now, but because I'm hard on my footwear, I accept that I need a new pair every year.

Love them. My first pair lasted two years and were worn daily during mud season for yard duties, riding and dog walking.

Extremely warm and comfortable, and not too bulky.
