muckers

I have some of them

or very very similar, and i have riden in them but only when ive forgotten to take my boots up to the yard (i have a really bad memory!) and i was fine, but its not as good or comfortable as riding boots

the problem is i still cant wear anything with a heel, as i completely smashed my midfoot last year,
and am living in a walking trainer t the minute
 
well then i dont see a problem, it does depend on how responsive your horse is also, mine isnt so i carry a whip too (when riding in muckers)
 
hes all from the voice the more leg you use the more dead he goes but use the voice and hes great but he does do more driving than riding
