well today I clipped my boy and took all his legs off what a shock I thought i was a clean sole with my horses but he had really bad mud fever up his legs behind his elbows and under his belly we hunt twice a week and it has been very muddy this year as I was clipping the vet popped over to see me and I mentioned this to him he said he's never seen so much mud fever about anyway I was so pleased to get my new hot shower king working and gave him a great bath he loved it he's now tucked up in his stable with his thermatex and rug on he was so brave i feel really bad I would advise you all to have a real good look. Its funny but yesterday was quite warm hunting and he didn't seem himself and he was breathing quite heavy when we had bursts of gallop I do think the mud fever and soreness had something to do with this really he was quite down.
