Mud mats (for in front of field shelter)

Any recommendations? Ideally looking for something secondhand I think if they are the proper mud control ones. I don't need loads - probably 20 maximum. Does anyone use the gravel grids successfully? It doesn't get mega muddy in the field I'm wanting to use them - the horses just like to spend a lot of time in standing front of the shelter and are creating mud from spending a lot of time in that area so I just want to prevent it getting worse and keep it dry for them to stand on.

There is a facebook page for second hand mud control slabs. They do tend to hold their price though.
