Soo, let's start with Totilas. The warm-up arena on Thursday - absolutely crazy.

Plenty of riders were wearing helmets in the warm-up. Alexandra Kofler's (on Pebble Beach) was especially stunning!

Isabell on the huge Warum Nicht, he must be the biggest horse competing at this level surely?

Oh I do enjoy your lovely dressage photos!

I can't imagine what it must have been like for Mathias thingummy - the pressure must have been huge, I bet he's glad to have it over with in some ways. It was Totilas' first outing since moving wasn't it? (you can tell I'm no dressage diva :D)

I'm also happy to see that OH is not the only male rider out there that juts his chin out when asking for an extension or anything needing concentration :D

One of the most popular classes in Munich is the PSG with change of horses, the 4 best riders of the weekend ride a PSG test on horses provided by the organisers, they have 5 minutes each to get to know their horse before doing a PSG. Each horse is ridden by 2 riders, the rider with the highest score on each horse goes through to the 'final' on yet another horse. It's one of the most fascinating classes to watch!! This year the riders were Victoria Max-Theurer, Patrik Kittel, Christoph Koschel and Sonja Bolz.

Vici 'revising' the test:

Anja Ploenzke and Le Mont d'Or - incredibly sweet and cuddly horse! He never leaves her side, it's amazing to watch - just like a dog.

Ha thanks bvlgari! Report wasn't mine though, just photos :)

My new love - Donnperignon. He did two AMAZING tests this weekend, he is the only horse who actually brought tears to my eyes. I so love him.

And finally...

Isabell on her 7yo mare Bella Rose, by Belissimo M - I am always particularly interested in Belissimo M offspring! They were competing in the advanced class for 7-9 yo horses.

Wow wow wow at your pics, they are all absolutely beautiful! Some enterprising soul should have charged extra admission to the warm-up, poor kid! Also love all the white on NC's mare, fingers crossed this one gets there and stays there for her. Some lovely moments of serenity captured too, like the one of RD's halt. I also feel slightly vindicated for leaving W's tail full and loose at shows seeing it is de rigeur in the dressage ring this season!

Wow, amazing photos, I love the one of the prize giving, and fancy having to walk through all those shoppers back to the stables!

Thank you so much for sharing :)

Nadine does seem to get the biggest-moving chestnuts around doesn't she? This mare reminds me a lot of the late Farbenfroh (although I was never lucky enough to see him in real life). She actually has a lot of white under her belly too:

Gorgeous pictures, the grey is stunning!
Totalis looks really good I think, once him and M gel, and get past the nerves- poor guy frankly, I will look forward to seeing him shine again. Not to say he didn't do extremely well of course, but a few sticky moments to be improved on.
Any chance of more? ;)
