Munstead ground conditions

Hello,

Is anyone going to Munstead this weekend and if so do you know what the ground is like? It's been such a long dry summer - ground is concrete-like at home :-(

I'm 45 mins from munstead and ground is good at the moment we've had a lot of rain last week. Plus with BE they are generally good at treating it and munstead is sandy. I've been pleasantly surprised by the ground at all BE's this year.

I'm less than 20 minutes away, we had the thunderstorm to beat them all last night, and A LOT of rain in the last 12 hours....with not much sign of it stopping yet. I think it is supposed to be drier this afternoon and over the weekend so i think the ground there should be spot on as it drains so well.

A very delayed response, but just to say the conditions were indeed spot on and the xc course was fantastic!
