When going to Munstead to you have to approach from the north? We normally approach from the south, turn around in a side road or in godalming and then go into the lane, will they let us do that?! x
 
technically, you must approach going up the hill as the turn coming down the hill is far too tight. i've seen people doing 85 point turns to get in, much to the disgruntelment of those trying to get in the right way, and normal traffic.

so approach up the hill - think that is stated in the course information section too.

Yes, thank you, it just adds another 15mins to an already longish journey! x
 
we approach munstead from the "wrong direction" and so all we do is go past the entrance, turn right at the end of the road, turn right at the traffic lights and then go round the roundabout and go back the "right" way - adds about 5-10mins to journey
