Musing of being a SJ collecting ring girl for a day (Moreton)

I think the horse that died was entered for Moreton (1) but died sometime earlier at another show..possibly last weekend..but wasn't withdrawn (clearly the owners had other things to worry about) and for some reason, the reason for not completing Moreton is that it had died...obviously, but gives the impression it happenned here.

just for clarification, it didnt. if it had happenned here, i would have known about it (probably) and would have said so.

but it did the dressage and SJ? so it died the week before but still managed to do dr and sj?

i am trying to find out
so far i have been told it was entered but died elsewhere before coming here
nobody i know said anything about it dying here - vet, farrier, steward, TA etc - nobody has said anything

working on it

will be bloody annoyed if i havent been told
 
It is a bit odd...but I so hope it didn't happen at Moreton - can you let me know what did happen when and if you find out? (just being nosey really!)
 
i think i have got to the bottom of this.... the horse name on the results is the horse that died at west stour last weekend.

it was substituted by another horse but the name hasnt been updated on the result list - for whatever reason - probably because it was a manual substitution given the lack of time available

i hope that's the answer. i am still looking for absolute clarification
