We have wheels, tyres and an engine ... thankfully also a chassis and a full cab, oh and a box on the back... just want some little bits and bobs to make it homely now!
although it nearly failed its plate because of them
apparently you shouldnt be able to reach themn from the drivers seat
moved them to the other side and was ok
oh and a loo is very important
seriously: dont skimp on servicing- no point having top of the range fittings if it keeps breaking down
i love having decent partitions that dont pop out when a hefty cob leans on them, having a proper rubber covered ramp thats heay enough not to bounce around with an awkward loader and Dex loves having side steps he can fold up to catch me out if i dont pay attention- he will also pee on the floor where the steps were so i can land in it
Safe and nice area for horses with cctv , heating and a well stocked fridge , shower and loo for the humans, reliable well maintained chassis, tank of diesel spare wheel and tools....
I think my must haves are the the hob for boiling the kettle for endless cups of coffee and the loo, which is essential after the endless cups of coffee!
External tack lockers and skirt lockers, makes life so much easier! either externally but under seating in living or in the nearest stall to the ramp, kinda full length past the floor down to where the skirt of the box would end (if that makes sense) means that you can have full size horses in first few stalls that can put their heads down still, that way lots of storage with out having to jump in and out of the living all of the time and it should mean living stays a little cleaner.
CCTV for piece of mind, i just bought a baby 1 from ebay for 40 pounds, works just the same just have to take out to charge.
Good partitions with head grils so they can not bite each other but can see each other, half way down but with rubber to floor so they can spread their legs to balance but can not kick or stand on each other.
Lots of large windows or horses for ventilation, windows on both sides. Or you could go whole out and get fans put in
