muzzles in this weather

who still puts muzzles on in this heat? ment to be around 30oc tomoz and feel so bad putting his muzzle on but have to because of laminitus, brought him in today for an hour to get away from flies but his stable is like an oven and he hates coming in without the others, what to do for the best??????????

Muzzle is better than lami...

If you have to bring him in (I bring mine in during the day) get a chain to go across the door and leave the door open. If they are really hot, sponge them off with water and leave them damp.

Yes muzzles are on, I have cut out and sealed nose holes and 'air vents' in the webbing to make it easier to breathe and fresh air to pass through. They are so much happier with this done!

Yup muzzle on here too. Mind you it's peeing down here atm ! Just what I need for our first show*sigh*.

One of mine is in a 'Greenguard' & this presents no issues at all. He can drink, eat, breathe easily.

Yes but as she has pink skin it not only helps with weight but sunburn too.
