I doubt the measurements would need to be as precise as you imagine. After all if you buy one they don't borrow the horse for measurements!! Go on, you have talent and a great idea, make something out of it.

Especially if it's loose enough to pull on and off. Tell us where you measured and we'll send you the figures! That's the best horsey thing I've seen in ages My mare will hate me forever but so much more interesting than the usual browns, blues or reds.

Why? You are making your own version of them, happens all the time with rugs, headcollars, bridles etc. And they are not the only equine snuggly fleece manufacturer in the country.
