There is a byway conecting my village to the next village avoiding a busy main road, trouble is its in such a state its unusable, couldnt even drive landrover or quad bike down it ,let alone ride it. So after numerous emails to the rights of way officer I was assured it had been sorted out.Tried to hack over today by the time i got to the really bad bit I had my face scratched and bleeding, poor old Charlie couldnt find anywhere safe to put his feet nad paniced nad tripped so I got of and lead him back. Just sent a stinking email telling them I was going to take it further but dont really know who to go to now.
