Hi, I have been on here a while so thought it was time to post some pics of my girls, then whilst I was at it I couldn't leave the dogs out so they are here too!

Hope you like them

Thank you xHayleyx, the coloured is a 6 year old 7/8ths TB who hasn't been easy. I've had her since she was 2 and fingers crossed I think it's finally coming together! The other is a 11 year old cob x hackney who I mainly hunt.

Definitely not put off by rotties :p I grew up with one who was born 2 months younger than me :p My mum bred Rotties since I was tiny, brilliant dogs (: Don't know how they get their reputation though.... they're lazy sods usually! :p well, maybe not lazy, but sleep & food seems best for them ;) :D

Sol I could hardly concentrate on your post due to the sound of snoring from my boy asleep on the settee next to me! They had a swim in the river earlier, came back & had their tea and have been asleep ever since - seems they are all the same then!

hahaha, sounds about right! Most action I think I've seen out of one was when one of our erm, slightly 'blonde' (sorry blondes out there!) rottie bitch decided to jump into canal after one of our ACDs... *sigh* ACDs may be well know for their swimming abilities, said Rot seemed to do better at sinking..... didn't try it again after that though! :p

Aww, had i of seen the post yesterday i would have posted a comment, I love Rotties! My friend in spain has one they rescued, and although she grabs hold of your bikini bottoms  and takes cheeky sneaky nibbles at feet! She is a doll and i love her. They have lovely faces!:)

Loving the dogs, they are both georgeous :) I have a Hackney x cob mine is a dun, would love to take him hunting but think we would probably overtake the master :( maybe in a couple of years when we have got the hang of schooling, He is a lovely boy though.

Lovely pics. I also have 2 rotties. This is Dexter and I think he bears a striking resemblance to your lad don't you think?

Gosh yes Mattilda, they are really similar. I have other pics of Bear that look just like Dexter - what handsome boys they are!

Does he have his back leg shaved in your pic?

Oh I love Rotties!!! Id definately have one if I had my own place! Think they are brill dogs!! I Love love love your coloured, but I am a sucker for a coloured!! How do you find your Hackneyxcob? My friend has one and says he is fantastic to ride, can go all day and looks the part too - all in all a very smart family!! x

Hi Rosehip, mine is also fantastic. I am often told I should show her (but I'm really not into it) & wherever I take her people comment on how lovely she is. She jumps like a stag and although she isn't keen on dressage she has a trot to die for. I've not done much dressage but done a few ODEs with her & every dressage judge has commented on this.

She will also go all day, and gets very annoyed upset with me if we go hunting & I leave early!

Someone posted on here last night with a pic of their new hackney x cob and he looked lovely too. I think it's quite a good cross.
