Sorry after having such a bad few weeks with my horse and worried sick i was going to loose him, i have had a proud mummy moment and needed to share it,
I was watching my horse eat his evening feed tonight, he knocked his feed bucket over then managed to right it again. i stood and watched him some more and he did this a few times till realised what he was doing, he was knocking it on to its side to knock the feed that was stuck round the edges to the bottom to make it easier.
I called over one of the other liveries to watch and we were amazed at his intelligence to being able to work this out. He was pushing the bucket over in such a controlled manor it was obvious it was deliberate.
Clever Horsie!!!
