Ive been looking through Op's earlier posts.....I've read one where she's talking about a 17 yr old girl on her yard who's got a 27 year old boyfriend, who doesn't think her parents will approve as he's from a council estate etc etc

Another where she's worried that her parents won't approve of HER boyfriend as he's from a council estate etc...

Honesty certainly IS the best policy as you always get found out......

everyone stop posting .... i think we all have been lead up the garden path here ... you wont get any straight answers and i think there is to much twisted storys going on .. and to be honest its a far cry from the orginal post lets leave her alone
i am !!

Well I actually managed to read all this.....very confusing..... the mare was abandoned at your fathers stables. The livery for the animal must be paid before the mare can be removed from the yard. If you don't have the money then your father is entitled to sell the mare & subtract any money owed for the livery from the amount & give you any excess.

If you were to go to the yard & remove the masre then you could actually commit a criminal offence due to your father at present being the Bailee for the animal. This is actually one of the only ways in law you can actually be prosecuted for stealing your own property (assuming the mare is yours). This comes from a stated case involving a car in at a garage for repairs & the owner removed the car using spare keys without paying the outstanding bill. He was arrested charged & convicted of stealing his own vehicle.....Fact.

The mare is being looked after, abandoned by you for a year, I would be reluctant to hand the mare back to you......but then I'm not your dad.

After reading all this I just felt I had to post something. Phew!

God im sorry, i only asked a simple question.

At the end of the day you started the thread and everyone is entitled to post.

Sorry if mentioning the foal and your dads gf hit a nerve. If you have been paying the livery then go lift the horse. If not then gather the money for the years livery and get her, otherwise leave the horse were it is. You dad may stop paying your debts if you lift the horse, so is it something you want to risk??

I think the trouble is you have been posting on here for such along time not actually realising that people are starting to realize its not always the whole truth... reading between the lines i do feel you seem a little insecure, so i wont be to hard on you, i think you have dug your hole deep enough now!

I understand what you are saying

There is all the help in the world on this forum for those that need it and posters go to great lengths to research their replies to ensure that the advice they give is correct in many cases.

Nobody appreciates having their time wasted in this way. If we can't be honest here under the cover of anonymity, where can we be?

PMSL! Why the winning side of course-who else do you chose?!

Seriously though, I'm sure it's all a misunderstanding and everything posted in all threads is all 100% true...

Unfortunately when one has grown up not really wanting for anything, it comes hard when one has to work for it, especially when the fathers loyalties are now divided between daughter and girlfriend.
I feel sorry for you actually. You seem confused and needy.
It is a hard lesson in your situation to stand on your own two feet and become self sufficient when you havent been taught those particular life skills !!

It made interesting reading IMO, & was quiet funny how some of us went trawling through other posts by this person. I dont think any harm has been done, though I dont think it was necessary to title it they way she has. I think if she could get herself organised better, she could make a living out of story writing. Could be a way of earning some money to pay off these debts, though not sure how true they are.
