I think this chap is my favourite foal to date.
And was he ever an attention seeking little git. Whenever I walked into his field he was there - posing!
And now he's a grown-up (well, almost!) This was him yesterday - in high wind (most of which went up my coat and made me look 16 stone!
)
He's JUST backed - will start hacking next week (now we've got the brakes and steering sorted!)
Vital statistics: Indigo Macha Prince, 3 year old ID colt by Lady's Tralee Raj out of my all-time favourite mare, Little Macha, who I lost tragically this year to colic.
And no, he's NOT for sale. This year's graders didn't like him (not 'typey' enough - which means too pretty!
) But I think he WILL make the grade and intend to compete him next year (dressage), see how he goes, and maybe grade him elsewhere and represent him in a couple of years (after checking that the Inspectors have been to SpecSavers first!)
