My Beautiful Horses Toy Horses

Ooh I’d possibly be interested in them please if you did decide to rehome ? That’s just reminded me I customised some of the ones I had back then with Tipex and permanent marker ??
I'm very happy too rehome them - they're just in a box gathering dust atm. But they aren't tip top condition - they've been well played with (though well looked after) and as I say manes and tails trimmed and the odd sock/ blaze painted on. I have got absolutely loads!

I’ve got loads! My daughters play with them now and it takes me back!
They don’t make models like that any more, that look like real horses. They’d all have unicorn horns and scouse brows today. And the riders would be dressed up like prostitutes like all other dolls seem to be.
That made me laugh

Oh yes what's on offer today is sadly rather disappointing isn't it. Breyer still do some nice stuff but obviously that's pricey and even they seem to be producing unicorns left right and centre!

My Dad made me a fab stable and massive menage, I spent hours and hours playing with my model horses when I was a child, loved it. I remember holding model showjumping competitions with my friends and timing the rounds.

Oh man this makes it even more depressing knowing they are valuable mine have mainly been eaten by our jrt! My kids love them

I’m looking for MBH too now that I have children if my own, after my beloved collection was given away! I have found some on eBay. I know there’s some listed for a lot on eBay at the moment but they’re not selling at that price, ones with cut manes are much less. Very nostalgic though ?

I've got loads of MBH. I was going to ship them off to someone on here who posted about them a while ago but they were at my Mum and Dad's and by the time I finally went home I forgot about them. I doubt they'd be worth much though as I cut all the manes and tails. I thought all horses should have pulled manes and neat tails when I was a kid, which is funny as I was a big Arab fan! I also painted white socks and face markings onto some of them. I did love them, I wish I could remember what they were all called! I can only remember a couple now.
I have actually SO many of these, mostly in good condition.. do you know of anyone who I could talk to (possibly your friend) about how best to list some of them?

Really never thought they were worth money rather than sentimentality... ?

I would just list them in small groups with the offer to combine postage, then people can pick and choose. There are some websites like https://neverlandstables.weebly.com/my-beautiful-horses.html with lists if you want to identify them. They are selling at around £8 for a small group of about 4 or a little over £20 for a bundle including stables, lorry or accessories. I only know this because I’ve bought most of it over the past 6 months!

That was me ? I’d still be interested!

Had no idea they were worth anything. Have loads in my parents loft and a stable set up, jumps god knows what else. Didn’t really get used that much as was that age when I was really forgetting playing with toys but just loved them and started collecting them.
