And I mean in a funny way, NOT that I'm ashamed of her!!
In fact, today has been one of those days where I couldn't stop cuddling her and kissing her and didn't want to leave! :p
Today was photoshoot day.
As my ex was into photography I have plenty of her running in the field and me riding her and decided I wanted a nice one of me and her on the ground, something that shows the relationship between us but still her spirit.
First of all, I got handed a sheet and had to laugh - "has your horse been known to or still known to; kick, bolt, have a nervous disposition, be wary of strangers or large crowds of people?" Well, yes to all of the above! :o:eek:
Well, the photographer took us to the outdoor and he took about 20 shots of me being dragged sideways into bushes which he found amusing! Once in the school, he had me take her headcollar off and just have her in a leadrope - surprisingly she obliged to this and followed me round quite nicely.
Got some beautiful shots and as I could only afford one atm :( I chose one where I'm sat on the fence, she's looking at me with her muzzle rested on my hands and I'm kissing the star on her head, its stunning.
So as we're leaving he wants some shots alongside her - and as he uttered the fateful words "that's the one, she's brilliant" she suddenly swung her head round and pushed him backwards into the bushes camera and all....
I stood there squeaking I am so sorry I'm so sorry!!!
:o:o:o:o I love her to absolute pieces, but she WILL attempt to embarrass me all the time!! :)

Anybody else got a horse that will try and embarrass you every time you go out or meet new people?!?

3 weeks!!!!!! :(
I have to wait for them :(
And I WISH I'd have got a pic of the photographer stumbling through the bushes backwards - luckily he found it funny, but by God..!

ha ha!!

yes my horse lives to embarres me. today, i was leading him to the field and just as i came level with a family on there nice dog walk, he stopped to pee, did the biggest pee ever then farted very loudly and grunted for bout 20 seconds. nice.

i swear if there is an opportunity to embarres me or show me up he will. he is 100% to hack out and the other night a new livery asked if i'd hack out with her and nanny her 4 yr old, of course. no problem. erm no..... he was a total ass and i swear she thought i was lying about how good he was. isnt it funny how they just seem to know!

I once caught my mare chasing another horse around the field hitting it on the bum with a stick she had picked up, shameless!!:D

Lol!!
MM - yeah its just beautiful I can't wait to see it! :) :)
She's still full of herself today - another embarrassing story HHO-ers?!?
She stood and looked at me in the field like I was an idiot today shouting "KKEEELLLYYYYY C'MON!!!!" - instead she followed another couple around the field a few times :o then took off full pelt, nearly ran me over, spooked and shied whilst she was at the gate, then dragged me across the yard - spotted the wheely bins and just HAD to stick her head inside so she set off over to them (no way you can stop her!) - just as another horse was being led through the archway. Admittedly the other woman was a bit silly and (even knowing what Kelly's like) didn't stop - but Kelly decided to take a chunk out of this other horse as it walked past then the other horse turned its bum and I got properly squashed between the pair of them! I was winded and couldn't do a thing - luckily I have escaped with a bit of an ache and a minor minor bruise on my ribs!
What do we do to ourselves owning these beasts???!
