My Boy Charlie...... has plaits

I know I am boring (my OH told me) but here we are 11 weeks into ownership and the hogged mane is long enough to start plaiting over.

And just for good measure here is a poor photo of us about to hack out. It doesnt do him justice but you can see his Mohican pre-plaiting.

I must confess its years since I have been so happy. This horse is just cheeky enough to be fun.
And the yard OMG everyone is really nice. One of the girls actually stole me one of the farriers chocolate biscuits to go with my coffee.

That's great news - its funny how the right horse and the right yard just make everything else just seem right!
