my boys first hunt ever saturday (gulp)

As above, am taking my 5yo hunting for the first time on Saturday. Should I stick a green ribbon in his tail?
Have got brakes sorted as he can get a wee strong when excited, hoping he will settle after a while tho!
Any more tips for a first timer?

No tips im afraid just that i am very jealous - i would love to hunt but have never been brave enuff - keep me posted and good luck - have fun!

I took my baby for the first time last month, she was fab but i wish i'd modified my brakes before i went as half way through the day, i had none! Noted for next time!
Green ribbon is a must, it will inform people to give you and your horse plenty of space and not get too close.
Also have a drink (or 3!) at the meet!
Mostly just enjoy it
