Is it too late in the season to even bother about getting another, by the time this one is packed off and a new one bought... But I need a 6' instead of a 6'3''.

Are swaps against le rules?

ALSO - can horses stay out in the rain (say, overnight or showers) with fly rugs?

Don't know about swaps, etc., but our neds stay out in rain/overnight in their flysheets. It depends on the weather, if it's going to be sunny straight after the rain then the flies are out in their millions within nano-seconds of the last rain drop falling

Oh my god, I had the opposite problem and would have loved to swap, I bought my boy a 6' rug and it rubbed so had to buy a 6'3" rug instead

Riff Raff, the 'complete cover' one, with a head thing, belly flap and long tail flap.

It's just too long for 16hh lanky 4yo
