Fit my daughter along with my coats, jackets & horse. I can still remember when everything had to be pink and I ran around the clear round jumps with a small pony on lead rein like a mad rabbit. Now she rides my 15'2 with more confidence than me, gallops where I would safely walk or trot. Actually jumps him, don't know who is more shocked me or him!!!! And all my riding gear fits her, so when I try to find it, it is never where I left it or is muddy covered in horse hair or worse. So 2010 resolution is to teach her to use the washing machine.................................................or loan out teenage daughter any offers

LOL - A lock on your wardrobe might be the easiest solution! I'm just glad the teenage rider in house is a boy (though they think the bedroom floor is a laundry bin/wardrobe)

OH bought me some Hunters last year - but I've a high instep so couldn't get them on, daughter has been wearing them for the past 4 months. Now she's a size 6 (and only 10) I'm encouraging purchases of anything in a size 6 that fits me, hope Ugg style boots will still be in fashion this time next year!

I've taught daughter how to use the washing machine AND the iron (but she won't do Hama beads - she got a horsey set as a pressie), and have to say I'm very impressed with her looking after 2 ponies capabilities, so far I've hardly had to do anything (but she did know she'd have to do them as opposed to me doing it if we got ponies), so I'm NOT swapping daughters!

Ah, the joys - we now have three sets of matching Muckboots, all size seven! Daughters are twelve and fifteen...

On the grounds that the twelve year old still comes to the yard, and that the fifteen year old is now as capable as me (if not more so), then nah, sorry, no swappsies lol

Elizabeth is a total nightmare for stealing my stuff, especially my riding gloves, socks and boots! I have been poorly in bed to day and she came into see me after doing the horses and the only bl**dy things she was wearing that belonged to her were her underwear, well I presume so, did not check! As for washing machines! I think she is going to get a shock when she goes to uni in Sept.!

Ummm both daughters, 14 and 17 wear my riding coats and boots, have lost my Ariat Grassmeres to the 14yr lod, but will be pinching them back now the hols are over.
Come to think of it they have both also "pinched" my OH's horse as well, a 16.3 TB mare and both are riding her very well.
