Ive taken him to the vet and he has had some drops for ear wax but not made any difference, vet said it was only a bit of wax anyway.
Ive clapped my hands he doesnt always hear me and doesnt get up anymore when i come home.
Should I go back to the vet or just accept he is going deaf.

Only way to know for sure is to take her to a specialist to have a BAER hearing test done. One of mine is deaf , aged 4
