My daughter had her first show with charlie last Saturday and they did brilliantly, it was only a small event and they did some in hand and ridden classes on lead rein. She came away with 5 rosettes altogether and much more confidence :-) charlie behaved beautifully and I'm very proud of them both.
 
What a superstar pony & young rider. A fantastic haul of frillies for a first outing, love the black & white photo of just the 2 of them. Tell your daughter she is very lucky to have a pony at her age.....I had to wait until I was 19 & buy my own!!

I was 32! Never even had the luxury of riding lessons either.
 
I missed out on ponies there so cute and cheeky didn't get my first lesson till 12 and was already 5ft7 I went straight onto a 16'2 Thoroughbred as a novice lol as only lesson horse they had that wasn't a pony! I was 27 when I bought my 1st coloureds are cute :-) I love a good balck and white photo too, congratulations
 
How lovely! Congratulations to your daughter. Love the pic with the rosettes, pony looks every bit as proud of himself as the rider! (and rightly so, both of them!)
 
Thank you all, she loves charlie to bits, they're a great team, he's very special to us, my first pony at 31 lol, she's 12 now, had him at 9. He won't be going anywhere even when outgrown
 

Sorry for the picture overload lol I've just discovered how to post pictures and as I love taking pictures of charlie I thought I'd show him off :-)
