Your daughter looks comfortable on the pony, on the first two pictures I noticed that she was looking down at what the head and neck are doing which can develop into a bad habbit and the pony looked a little over-bent. Pony's can learn to over-bend to avoid contact and I would suggest she rode him up into elevation, what she seems to be doing is riding him down into contact which encourages them to overbend.

Another point is, that she looks like she is going to very soon out-grow this pony which is obviously a shame if they have a good partnership.

A lot of instructors see a nice outline and the partnership going well, it may be time to get them both going into more advanced dressage moves and ask more of them both.
