Over the last few days she has been really tired all the time, then she started being sick and looking very uncomfortable.
Yesterday she went to the vets who said they couldn't find anything, but took a blood sample. The vets rang back that afternoon and said everything was fine but her pancreas. Amylase was meant to 200/212 and was 2078. Vet wanted her back straight away for another bloodtest, and gave anti-inflammatory. Results have been sent back and should be back soon.
She looks a bit more comfortable but is still not herself.
The vet thinks it could be an infection, diabetes, or worst- pancreatic cancer.
Has anyone got any experience with this?
Can't bear the thought of losing her.

What breed is she?

Some GSDs can suffer pancreatic problems and it can be managed with diet.

Diabetes is becoming more common, I have to watch my dog as he has borderline symptoms, again, it can be managed with diet and drugs.

Collie X lab. She is 8 years old, so she is too elderly, but recently has been acting so. It is reassuring that diabetes can be managed. Fingers crossed its nothinh too serious.

Fingers crossed for you, I'm hoping for the best!
I met lots of people who had diabetic dogs where I worked previously, they would come in every few weeks to pick up their caninsulin and diabetic food and their dogs always seemed very happy and bouncy!
Sending vibes, I hope things work out!
