My dog is very upset ........

I hurt my knee on Friday so I haven't been able to take my dog for a walk. She was looking SO miserable this evening - giving me very reproachful looks and creeping away into her bed. I think she thinks I am cross with her. My OH has been taking her for a good run in the evenings and today she had a doggy friend to play with most of the day - but she still looks completely miserable.

Thank goodness, the knee is getting better, so I hope I can take her out tomorrow. Don't they know how to make you feel bad?

On the odd occasion when I havnt been able to walk my dogs and Dobes need their exercise I hide things for them to find and bring them to me for a reward, this does tire them out and perhaps its something you could do with your dog. Hope your knee heals soon so you can take him for a walk again, it does do them good though to walk with someone else so they dont get too dependent on you.
