my dog just died

he was a 12 yr old border collie.. not old really for a collie is it? he was ok when i left, had a nose bleed yesterday but only a little..ate his tea...

Sorry for your loss, I lost my colliex mongelish thing (bless him) at 13. The morning he went he was bleeding from the nose too, we thought blood/fluid in the lungs which vet kind of confirmed when putting him down.

Hugs for you

his back legs was weak vet said it was arthritis, he was a proper grump, you couldnt tell if anything was wrong because he growled and grumbled at everything, even just strocking him..

I'm really sorry to hear this sweetheart . . . I have two collie crosses and dread the day when they are old, infirm or worse . . . sounds like he went quite quickly though (although that's probably no comfort right now). Wishing you well.

Sorry to hear that but at least he didn't suffer and made the decision for you, we lost aren year old collie fortnight ago fit as a fiddle then went down hill over two days vets thought diabetes but I think she ate rabbit carcass and damaged her intestines but we will never know. RIP doggies.

ahhh you poor thing. the photo looked like he was a real character :D i am sorry for your loss. really am.

take care ,,,,,,,,big hug.,,,,,,,,

he was a challenge,
very grumpy.. fear aggresstion, i did agility and training with him,, he was a super dog, even though i was very wary of him, i knew how to live with him, dont go near him while he was eating.. was the main problem... shall really miss him, ..

Bless him he looks like a character, and sounds like you and he had a wonderful bond.

So sorry to hear of your loss, and the way it happened must have been a real shock. At least like others said he went quickly.

Holding a good thought for you.
