Unfortunately Jack went lame at the beginning of last week as I was trotting him around a corner. He spooked a bit and just wasn't right afterwards so unfortunately although he is sound now, we're back to minimal riding :(

So, the monster had his own photoshoot today :D ( by myself, they are not pro-pics, button pushers ;))

I'm going to share this one first, he shouldn't have been running around (!!!) and was supposed to be having a roll in the school after we had finished  but he looks gorgeous :o

Getting the exposure right on horses with lots of white is so hard!

At risk of turning this in to a PG thread, I will stop with the images now, if you want to see the rest of the album, it is here :)

We would have been doing an intro test today if he was still reliably sound :(

My question is, when/if you have had a photog shoot with your horse, what sort of poses did you do? My photographer that I am studying for college has given me a few ideas, but I just wanted to ask and get a few more.
Thanks!

Wow he's a lovely boy! Can't help with the photography aspect I'm afraid, just full of admiration for your lad, stunning :) Hope he's better soon x

Lovely Jack! :)

Hope he's fully better soon. x

Thanks :D

I love the third piccie with the fly veil :D you are quite talented :) :)

Thank you three :) Hopefully he will come right soon. He can take as long as he wants but he's such a pain when he's bored and not in work :o

This was him tonight, before I put his rug on.

I love how he's poking his little tounge out ;)

I love Jack...he is so handsome :) And some great photos. x

Hope his leg is better soon. My cob is also lame, so is enjoying a holiday in the field.

Aw, I hope yours is better too :( what is wrong with him? I'm afraid mine doesn't cope too well with extended periods away from 'civilisation'. Unfortunately he only inherited cobby looks and not hardiness. :o

What a gorgeous boy

Thank you :D
