HOW MUCH

HOnest opinions (I know you will

) on how much this horse should fetch (very close friend of mine's) I haven't a huge amount of info right now but on the vague detail I've got I'd be interested in guideline prices.

17.2, 8yr old Dutch WB gelding, really lovely natured (seriously gentle and lovely to handle), has done some unaff dressage (Novice) and some SJing (have no details of results and levels - he's not aff as far as I know so would say RC type stuff)

He just hasn't been out much due to owner'ss other commitments and is now for sale due to new baby arriving!!

He is very easy to ride but as you can see has no actual proven compet. record

So......after that rather rubbish and blurry description......?Ideas??

AGain....not a great pic but gives you a general idea of him!

Is it best to advertise with tack etc included in price or neg seperately for this? She has an almost unused Albion dressage saddle for him (he's ridden in a GP by girl who rides him)

I would include basic tack if you can and if you are aiming at a riding club type home, I always like to sell a horse with a saddle that fits it but I don't sell many!

OK - just spoken to friend and he's 10 not 8

Whoops!

And he's jumped BN on a ticket recently and has BSJA winnings (only around£100) from previous owner in 2003.

Also - best places to advertise him - he's on horsequest at the moment.

ho sounds lovely, I think if he was a hand smaller he would be easier to sell but I would try H&H

Has he hunted? if so that is worth putting in an ad, sensibly priced allrounders still seem to be selling round here

Thank you

He is really lovely - not just saying that....he's such a gentle giant. He is very easy to ride, een at his height.

I'm only 5'7 and absolutely adored ridign him - I just can't afford to buy him (or anything else) at this point in time

He hasn't hunted to my knowledge but is quite laid back and, like you said, would make a great allrounder for someone who wants an easy going horse who feels great to ride!!
