I had a really busy day two days ago---the Carrot Lady says she'll tell you all about it once she has all the pictures. A while ago, my friends and I got moved into a different field. Then, two days ago, the Carrot Lady brought me out of the field, and EVERYONE was standing in the yard! ALL the others!!
It was very exciting.
So she plaited my hair again, really tightly, and did my tail too! Then she got on. First I thought we were going into the woods, maybe to get to the square place with the roof, but instead, we went into the field where we usually live, and it was DIFFERENT!!
There were weird little poles with strange white tape fencing off big squares, and one of them had all those stripy things in it that she keeps wanting me to jump over!
I was very nervous, but she helped me calm down a lot. It really is easier to calm down if I have something else to concentrate on.
So we stayed in there most of the afternoon, and all my friends came in there too. We all went around in circles a lot. But we didn't go near the stripy things, thank goodness!! I'm not sure what it was all about, but the people on the ground kept trying to come near me with little round things with flappy bits attached, red ones, and blue ones, and yellow ones. They wanted to put them on my head, but I made sure they couldn't get near me.
At the end, my foot was hurting a bit, but the Carrot Lady didn't notice. Then yesterday, she was all upset because I was limping! Well, DUH, my foot hurt, what else was I supposed to do about it? She talked a lot to other people, and they couldn't decide which of my feet was hurting. Someone even thought it was three of my feet! Anyway, they talked a lot about laminitis and tendons, and pulling things (I'm not a driving pony, silly people!), and abscesses, and stuff. And THEN, she put me in PONY JAIL!
WHY??! I HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING WRONG!?! My FOOT hurts!!
This morning, the Carrot Lady brought me in again, and the guy that comes with a big loud metal thing into the yard and makes funny smells was there. He immediately knew which foot was hurting (the Carrot Lady is a bit thick at times), and showed her that I had just stepped on a rock and bruised my foot. She seemed really happy about this for some reason (why? She's happy my foot hurts?
). But then she put me back in pony jail!
I'm still there. I thought she was taking me out tonight, but instead, she just tied another haynet over the fence. Can anybody help me?
