my friend is trying to sell her 14 yo horse but has had hardly any phone calls (except numpties).she has reduced the price and is getting fed up.
do you think it is the age that puts people off?

there is nothing wrong with the horse but she would probably benefit from more schooling work to muscle up and my friend wants to downsize from a tb to a happyhacker/cob type of ride.

I don't think it's the age necessarily, I recently sold my 18 year old and could have sold him 20 times over. How has she worded the advert? What about price?

i think her ad is ok,the mare has done a bit of every thing,no health issues and she has reduced the price to £1500

Is it coming with any tack? Price seems ok for a 14 yr old that has been there, got the t-shirt.
How is she advertising her? School mistress, allrounder, family horse?

she is selling it as an allrounder,i think she has with her rugs and is negotiable.
