Today myself and my OH had to make the devestating decision to have our beloved Malic PTS. He had become increasingly ill over the last few days and was nolonger the happy, cheeky malic we loved. He was so brave and fought so many illnesses this last couple of years. I miss him so much already my house is empty without him. He will be cremated and buried with my horse Simon who was PTS last year at leyland Pet Cemetry.

aww, bless you. *big hugs* he looks like he was a lovely old boy, you were lucky to have him for so long and he was very lucky to spend his life with you.
we lost my boxer, Mandy, when i was about 12 and i still miss her. they're wonderful friends, such characters. *more hugs*
 
I am so sorry SB. Malic looks like he was a lovely boy. This decision is one of the most awful decisions we have to take in life; very difficult and very very hard on the old heart strings. You know you did the right thing and that gives a little consolation.

Im so sorry to hear your news. The pics show he had the life of Riley and was truely loved. Sending you special healing vibes. RIP Malic who was so lucky to have a wonderful family to love him xxx
 
I feel your pain. I had to put my heartdog Wheeler to sleep last month due to cancer. This morning it was cold and raining and I could have sworn I heard him howling like he used to do when he wanted back in the house. He so hated the cold and wet. I hope he and your Malic are in doggy heaven where it is always warm and dry and there are lots of fluffy clouds to sleep on.
 
O hunny I am so sorry, I lost my dog last year and it broke my hart.
They are like your children.

He is pain free now, and he will love you for making that decision.
Malic will be having the time of his life with other doggies.

I feel so bad for you Stinkbomb, I too searched the house for my old dog, every sound was him coming back into the room, when sadly he was no longer there. Time will ease your pain, take time to cuddle his blankets and teddies etc and let yourself cry over him. Im sure he's in doggy heaven watching over you - so he'll always be with you. You were both so lucky to have each other.
