I am having a massive battle with eBay at the moment of a non delivery. I don’t suppose anyone has got a way that actually works to actually speak to someone at Hermes?
The phone support is pretty good, i recently had to sort out a lost parcel. Early was best, later on I got held for 40 minutes.
