OP u asked for advice, I have you some seeing as I have experienced similar issues with my own horse.
Why don't you take on board the good advice & ignore offensive judgemental posts?
Like you say, we are not vets (maybe some posters are- I don't know) so if its vets advice you are looking for you would be best to ring them for advice.
I hope you get to the bottom of your mares behaviour as something is obviously upsetting her. Like I said, I kept my horse in the same stable (no changes) for 3 years & one day she decided that he horses & haylage next to her were the bane of her life! Try & think outside of the box.
