Haha..............I wont be out done, when we have snow my red one will be sporting full christmas gear! No snow here yet sadly.
 
Pahaha! I showed this to my Mum and said "See, I'm not the only one who dresses their horse up!!"

Ned broke his antlers within 30 seconds ¬¬ It's fixable so he's wearing them on wednesday!

Definitely not smiling, perhaps it was a grimace. He was utterly unimpressed with the whole thing (though he should be used to it by now :rolleyes: )

Tam has several sets - he had a musical set last year which were even less popular with him :D I did have a few funny looks from people at the yard, thought they'd be used to it by now too!

Thought for a moment from title that you may have dressed him up in one of those awful fleecy hood things with printed sheep or similar all over it!

I didn't know we were expecting snow, but luckily it coincided with St Andrews Day holiday so I actually got to see him in daylight. Can't wait to see TF in his Christmas clobber :D

Thank you :) He's just such a laid back dude, can do anything to him. Either that or he suffers in silence, while planning his revenge :eek: :D
 
Think mine would have fifty fits if I tried to put the head band on him, he wouldnt let it anywhere near him :rolleyes:

I used to ride the donkey at the yard when I was a kid and have a photo of me sat on him with him dressed in a santa hat (with ear holes) and red and white fluffy Christmas leg wraps and his bridle covered in tinsel :D

You must post that photo! We used to do a Christmas ride at my old yard when everything would be in festive dress :)

The noseband was a couple of quid from eBay, and the tinsel and antlers were about a pound. I'm far too cheap to buy a proper outfit :p Your ginger boy would look equally as stunning though :)
 
I have to admit, i saved one by Bud's mum ( i think it was she :o) of her horse looking totally shocked and outraged in a new rug - I often look at that and chuckle..... I love these pics. x
