My horse is imported-BD Membership Application HELP ME!

My horse is from Italy, I cannot remember the exact year she came over here but it was when she was very young and she is 16 this year! I just want to compete in My Quest competitions. On the membership form it says this:
In accordance with the BD Members’ Handbook, imported horses
will be allocated 15 points at each level according to their age at time of registration, unless a previous competition record or proof of importation at an earlier age can be supplied by the owner - i.e. a copy of the vaccination certi cate, importation papers or travel documents signed or stamped in the UK.​

So, here are my questions:

1)I don't have importation papers or travel documents. I read somewhere that you can use their first vacs over here. Is this true? What can I do if not?

2)While she has no BD record, she has a BE competition record starting in 2007. Could I use this instead?

3) If I can provide her competition record, will this be enough for her not to have all those points allocated?

and finally...

4) As she is 16 this year and points go by age, if she had to have points added then just how many would there be?!

I had this with my mare. you have to contact BD and get an individual ridden assessment which costs about 75 pounds and then they will watch the horse/you ride and allocate you points.

If the owner is unable to provide a competition record or evidence of importation, they may choose to have the horse’s level of training assessed. This must be done between the time the horse is first registered and the first competition entry. Owners must contact the BD office to make an appointment for their horse to be assessed, cost of assessment is £75. Assessors are not to assess horses that are known to them, e.g. horses the assessor has previously seen in training or within a purchasing/selling context.

Do you have her Weatherby's passport, that should prove when she entered the country to race and prove her first career was in racing, think I have the right horse, her 10 year old BE record will show she was here as a 6 year old so you should be well covered to not gain any points.

I think her passport (Italian one) has a weatherby's stamp on it. I just read on the rider registration form: An imported horse which has been registered with BE for at least one year and has a competition record will be exempt from importation rules unless it has competed at Intermediate or Advanced level, in this instance, the points as per rule 14 of the BD Members’ Handbook will be applied. Newly imported horses without a competition record will be allocated 15 points at each level according to their age at the time of registration, which can be seen in the table below, unless proof of import at an earlier age can be supplied. It is the owner’s responsibility to supply proof of age at import, i.e. official import documents or record of vaccinations administered in the UK.

She has only ever competed up to BE100 level and her first vaccs over here are in her passport. Will this suffice?

That is fine, she has a record over 12 months old, they only want to stop advanced horses coming over and starting at the lower levels your passport stamp, vaccination record and BE record will be enough to show she has been here for years doing low level stuff.

Phew :) Hopefully it'll all be fine. Thank you very much for your help!
 
Daughter's horse is a Spanish import. He was 3 when he came to the UK. We got him at 6. We have no import documentation. When we registered him with BD they advised us to email the equestrian federation of his country of origin asking for a copy of his competition record or confirmation that there wasn't one. This we did. We had a reply within 24 hours confirming there was no competition record, which we sent on to BD who registered him with no points. It was actually all very quick and straight forward
