I recieved Murphy's FEI passport today which he had to get so that he could so he Paralympic stuff internationally. £172 for a passport, and he does already have a standard one but isn't it funky...

He's ridden by a young girl called Mari Duward-Akhurst who is based at Penniwells. He's qualified for the nationals and was third at the Talent Spotters for her and recently appeared in the 2012 olympics promotional video so keep an eye out for him. Her trainer thinks that the pair will go all the way and certainly so far she isn't beaten often in her grade (III) even against the adults.
Here's link to her at the regionals

Sorry to ramble on but am v. proud

Thnks Mickey - When I bought him eight years ago everyone said he'd come to nothing as he was broken in too late (he was 5) was too small (15 hh) and half Arab (Irish Draught x Arab). But he's done better than any of their horses and I love him to bits.

Aww he is absolutely delightful and very well done to him - I'm not surprised you are brimming with excitement!!
