Last week my mum bought a new loading harness from EquinevolutionUK. Its called the Equisafe Easy Loader. I have a really stubborn mare, and this Sunday just gone, I was able to load her and go to my first show with her. I have had her over a year, and never been able to load her. Really Really happy. Anyone who has a stubborn horse, I suggest you take a look. xx

I had a great time. We just did a little clear round with it being our first time out. But the weather stayed nice, and we had a great day. Thank god for the Easy Loader. xx

I'm delighted you horse will now load. You will forgive me for being suspicious though - when your first post is to promote an item

Are you connected to the manuacturers or retail outlets?

Chortle...could the silence to your reply be a sign of guilty as charged. I always find that you need to work out what it is the horse is objecting to and work on turning it into a positive experience...that way you don't have to buy gadgets, just use your own brain for a change

I sent a reply to Mother hen personally. People have many ways of loading. I just like it and found it worked. Your horse looks nice, do you compete?

Ahh makes the posting misleading then...at the moment I don't compete due to problems caused by a "solve it all" post will be forthcoming if conversation with company proves unfruitful. I'm all for things that help, however, from what I have seen, incorrect use is often as bad and can result in even more problems. The other side of course is that horses are not stupid and if they can find a way out of doing something they don't want to do they usually will. I like to think of it as re-educating, and takes time and patience to get the best results.

There must be a horrible glitch on HHO, your personal message hasn't arrived. Try again.

BTW, I've seen one of these in action with a reluctant loader and it certainly didn't work on that occasion - patience, repetition and training are the only long term solutions

Hello there,
Let me introduce myself I am Jeremy Perkins, Director of communications for Equine Evolution UK Ltd. I was more than slightly confused by your comments about the Equisafe Easy Loader. This is a brand new product that is in the early stages of marketing.Because of the products relative infancy we have physically only delivered 2 Easy Loaders to 2 people in Yorkshire in the last few weeks.I have been in contact with the 2 people this morning and they have reassured me that the Equisafe Easy Loader has not left their respective yards. This as you would agree would make it impossible for you to have witnessed the Easy Loader in operation in any physical form at all.I can only surmise that the product that you had witnessed in operation was a completely different product or somebody has breached the worldwide patent, which would obviously be of grave concern for Equine Evolution UK .In view of this I was wondering if you could possibly be kind enough to let us know details of where this product was used so that I can forward the information to the company solicitors,so that they may follow up this product to see if it has breached our patent.
May we also say that the Easy Loader is proven to be a highly successful innovative system that relies on natural horsemanship and must be used in a calm and patient manner.
We would be only too glad to be given the opportunity to send you a brochure and DVD to explain a little more about the product.

Regards

Jeremy Perkins

Hi,

I bought the Easy Loader harness from Your Horse Live in November. I have a 14hh Fell x Welsh Sec D who is a nightmare to load and I ended up hacking back after shows after trying for hours to load her, we tried everything.
Shelli Perkins came the other week to my yard and loaded my pony first time. I went showing on Sunday and Beauty loaded first time there and back, I really can't believe that something so easy can save so much hassle and upset.

It is worth every penny and I suggest those people who have bad loaders to try it. I will be happy to comment more on my experience if you wish.

Best Wishes,

Victoria

out of interest how expensive are they? it sound just like what i need for my boy, have seen the video and looks very good. does it need a lot of training or does it pretty much work straight off. i no this will vary from horse to horse but what are your experiences?

Hi,

I paid £295 but they said this was a show price and they usually retail at between £300 - £350 i think. Beauty loaded within 5 - 10 minutes and this is the pony who can stand on the ramp for hours and not load. They say to use it as a training aid and eventually you should be able to load your horse without it. I seriously think that it is worth it for anybody who struggles with loading. Beauty isn't scared of the trailer, she just knows she could get away with not going in and therefore I think the easyloader gives her the push she needs but you have control over her.

Thanks,

Victoria x
