My horses are out tonight HURRAY

My yard does have 365 day a year turnout - with the exception of possibly 3 or 4 really bad days over winter. They go out from 7 till 7 in the summer and in the winter they are out from 7 until about 5ish, however when the grass is plentiful we are allowed to leave them out for the whole 24 hours for a month.

Tonight is the first time.. they are all rugged up with lightweight rugs on (we are forecast heavy rain). They all came in for a light tea and a stand in for an hour before I turned them back out again. They all ran off and were not gate hanging, they all have several friends with them. SO why am i worried ?

Will be at yard for 6 in morning to catch em in and give their little full belly's a rest before they go out again to practice their lawnmowing

Ahh Slinky method in my madness here....'other half wants to go to see his friends at leeds racing tomorrow - he is leaving at 7am. Now - i want a horse box - he has said yes - now i want a posh horse box - he has said No. 3 hours of me tellin him to slow down, watch this - watch that = him buying me posh horse box so he can go racing on his own.

Does that sound like a good plan?? so i will be at yard for 6 so i can make sure i am back and in car for 7 lol
