Sorry to hear he has been a a bit nervous. If you haven't done it already can I recommend you join a training class with him, never a bad idea anyway but will help with his socialisation. He's going to be a big lad by the time he grows into those ears
hes called chaos, hes husky x belgium shepherd,hes on the waiting list for the local class, but im getting him out and about as much as possible in the meantime

Second MM - you need to get fear behaviour towards people and dogs out of his system before he gets too big for you to control it (I speak from experience!) and before it manifests itself as aggression.
The only way to do that is socialisation, socialisation, socialisation so you are doing the right thing getting him out and about.
I waited until my boy was a year old before I decided I needed help, trust me it is harder the older they are, but now we are doing really well.
