My mare has gone loopy again due to her hormones, don't know if it is due to the weather going warm and sunny again finally but this season seems 40 times worse than usual. I have been on the feel good 30 hormonal product for 2 weeks but this has not helped at all! Has any one used another product with some success. She is jumping on saturday and at this rate it is going to be a disaster!

Sorry to hear you're having a rotten time - I'd give the fell good a bit more of a chance, it can take a few weeks for the active ingredients to build up to a high enough level in the system to start having an efect....

Best of luck

i know how u feel my mare wont stop squirting out on hacks and screaming for a stallion now shes come in season!

My mare has gone from placid to ride (verginh on lazy) to sharp and bucking for any reason, or head held in high withthe fret of running off at speed

I just rang feel good , they are really helpful! They said to try the product for a few more weeks as it will take a while for the herbs to build up.

It must be due to the weather, her craziness only started on saturday when the weather turned sunny. At this rate I will be getting her neutered - if you can haha

My mare only had one bad season this year, which was the first one of the year, which apparently is the worst!

However, she has had an injection to reduce the symptoms of her seasons. Speak to your vet about this as I was told initially by a friend that the injection (sorry, I can't remember what it was called and I don't have the invoice to hand) would stop her coming into season, however my vet said that it simply reduces the symptoms making her a lot more comfortable. This may need to be repeated again later in the year although so far I haven't had to get her done again.

Hope this helps. If I can find out the name of the injection I will let you know.
