As the tittle really what do you think of my mare condition etc. and guess her age :-D ill let you know of the age a bit later on hehe! She is 3/4 tb 1/4 arab 16.1hh.

Went to yard today to bath & ride her so thought i would share some pics there is one of her in winter too Clipped & Ridden.

She looks gorgeous. In the peak of health. I'm guessing that you are going to say she is much older than she looks. I had a 19 yr old TB who I'd kept fit and well fed throughout his life and he looked as good as her, so about that age????.
 
absolutly beautiful ! :D she has a lovely coat ! she looks in top condition..
my horse is 8 and she looks no older than him and he is in good condition.
im guessing she is a little bit older if your asking us to guess :rolleyes: but she looks so good !

oh, and my horse has spotty black socks like her ! :)

Since you said to guess, I am going for her being in her late teens, she doesn't look it but I an thinking that's why you wanted us to guess:D
 
Hey :-D Thank You guys .. She is our little star was bought for my husband to hack out about but she can do everything and has an amazing jump on her too :-) so we both share her now.

Just wanted to see what you all thought of her i get worried about her looking to thin/fat ect but her coats looks realy heathly and she is happy.

she is 16 but everyone says she looks younger ;-) Must be doing something right.xx
 
I'd just like to say I do think she looks younger, she is a stunner, it was just from the second picture and the dips above her eyes a bit sunken which made me think she was about that age, gorgeous though.
 
:) glad you like her she is a lovely girl and has manners to die for too with us for life shes part of the family now.

its amazing what old horses can look like this is a horse i soley caree for at work hes 20 years old were doing ridden vetren at royal windsor!! We dont normally do showing on him but we thought wed give it a go, we came 5th out of a 40 stong class!!!!!!!!!!!:D:)
 
You would never think she is 16 when ridden she loves working and is a speedy little thing :) but nice and careful would never change her for anything. I love this forum everyone is so honest and gets on well. Does anyone have a horse @ 16 ish post your pics so we can see. xx
 
Honestly, My first thought , no I actualy said it out loud , was WOW. I did actualy guess her age once i had the closeup but ,I love a woman of experience!She is a beautiful horse.

lisabeth - Haha She dont mind she prances around all the gelding runs along side her as if she is royalty haha.

Mike 007 - I laughed out loud at this comment. - love a woman of experience :-D She has lots but can throw the odd paddy like a women too haha!

Wow your mare is a lovely type - really smart and looks much younger!

Mine's 18 now, been smartened up a bit since these were taken but wish her coat was as good as your girls!
