only got talking to her owner this morning about her - she said she needed to find her a new home and home was better than money.
so i went back at lunch to talk things through and weve agreed ill pick her up in the morning at 9am

cant wait

thankies. she does have a few issues but im hoping that i can sort them out and make her a happy pony. as you can see from the pic she has rubbed her mane away and the top of her tail and has a few raw patches where shes rubbed but hopefully a good clip and bath with show what im dealing with.

Blooming heck - it pays to be a chatter box

Is this new one to be yours or a second one for your mum? Now don't be greedy - you have 3 and your mum only has 1 at the minute so would help to even it up a bit!

I wonder if you'd notice if she turned into a hairy fat piebald cob - your new one looks much more girly and my type!

pmsl it sure does - i only went to tell her about the problems i had at my yard and to watch out and i come away with a pony

sorry to say but nope shes mine all mine. shes not a novice ride by all accounts even though shes good but in time im hoping she be fine for mum to ride (not that shes novice just she gets nervous) so shes a project for me really and hope to have fun on her, maybe even a bit of hunting

if i can get her sorted out shes going to come up to your yard on 22nd .

im sure i could get away with hiding your cob on my yard - mum wouldnt notice

Yay! I'm really looking forward to this show now. If you want to come up before then to try her out in the menege let me know. If you need to exercise her indoors I have an indoor menege slot on Monday at 7pm and Fri (not sure what time that one is but either 6:30 or 7pm), you're welcome to use my slots. I'm sure Sarah would be fine so long as I told her first.

oh hun thats fantastic offer - however dont know if she loads yet lol thats something weve got to try. its going to be looked into whilst im off but if she is good then ill fetch her over.

id like to keep her. shes a nice size for both me and mum (even though ive got 3 horses as well) and it sounds like shes more sensible than my mums 9yo welsh d so if she proves herself to be what ive been told then well keep her

by all accounts she doesnt have sweet itch. the vets have run numerous tests including bloods and they dont know what it is but its not sweet itch. im wondering if its an atmosphere or digestive thing so thats what im going to start with in the first instance. But i do have rugs that she can have on in the spring/summer next year

Love the name! I bet she will be a beaut in summer, all shiney summer coats do any horse better justice! She's quite fine and leggy looking for a Haflinger. I know she's young and still has time to fill out abit, but she doesn't appear to be the usual haflinger chunky monkey!!

she should do once her skin is sorted she should have a really glossy coat.
do you think shes fine? i didnt think she looked that fine compared to some of the haflingers ive seen for sale.

cheers Donklet. ive had my eye on here all summer thinking shes a lovely hos. cant wait to get her tomorrow and start having a play around and of course make her look a happy pony again.
