Just getting round to posting a few pic's of my new 'lad' O'Malley. I collected him last Sunday (along with his mum ) and they are both settling in great. Absolutely loving being a horse owner again and really enjoying having the foal as it is a new experience for me.
Being a complete beginner to owning foals.... can anyone tell me what makes a good foal as in conformation etc? Can you tell much from my pic's how he shapes up? His Dam is by puzzles limited edition, out of a traditional cob mare and sire is trad cob x fresian (stand's at 16.2hh).
Anyway here's the pic's -
Excuse the yellow legs (iodine) he got a few wee superficial nicks while we were loading him poor boy.
And with mum... (sorry a bit fuzzy!)
