After losing my 5yo beautiful Arab Roo last June, I have been half heartedly looking for another youngster. And then Lola found me last week!

She has just arrived this morning, and is looking very relaxed abut the whole thing. She is 2 in May, and is going through her awkward gawky stage, but moves beautifully, and is an absolute sweetheart

My mare did a bit of herding around the field, and squealing at her, but Lola didn't really take a whole lot of notice! Long may the calm continue lol (I'm not holding my breath tbh lol ;))

oh she is a pretty thing, what a nice face. What do you plan to do with her(at only 2)!!?

Bless yes hope the calm continues and why should it not! Too much eating to do with the good weather now.

:D :D

I'm so excited about her!!

My plans for her at the moment mainly include patting the pretty pony :D, brushing the grubbiness and admiring the beautiful Arab hooning around the field. Not that she has actually done ANY hooning as yet!! Lol ;)

She did some showing last year, and may do a little more -but not with any seriousness. I can't take any showing seriously. Let alone Arab showing ;). Other than that long term, plan is for her to do a little of everything :)

Oooo I like that she has a decent amount of bone, very nicely put together! And such a kind eye. Hope you have lots of fun with her! :)
I'm still waiting for my Arab to 'find' me, lol!!

I think Arabs do have to find you. When Roo came to me, I really didn't need or want any more horses, but I was so glad I took the gamble and took him on, even if he didn't get to stay in my life for very long :(.

Roo was always very nervy, and she certainly isn't that! But - although I will be happy to be proved wrong in due course - I don't think she's going to be quie as brave as Roo. But we will see. Arabs do like to prove you wrong about all sorts don't they ;)

I've just been to fetch Lola in from the field - and other than a few problems coming through the gateway as my mare came close (orange mare is bossy and has been instructing Lola who is boss this afternoon lol), she led up the field beautifully.

Nice little brush of the fluffy bits and she is looking extremely chilled stuffing her haylege! I'm wondering if she is just a bit overwhelmed by everything this afternoon and is going to be a heller tomorrow ;). Or maybe she really will be this chilled :)

Dear of her - so pleased with her today :)

oh wow ♥ lucky you really, I'm so jealous!
I love her colouring but I guess she'll grey/white out more as she gets older?
Shes absolutely gorgeous and a Lola! one of my favourite names, brb stealing her ;)

Faracat - she's by Sensai (Thee Desperado x Imperial Mareesiy) x Lakonia

I had to go and get her book to tell you that - I'm not much cop on Arab lines as yet.

:)

I'm just so pleased that she's been so chilled :) x

That sounds like it means something to you! Lol ;). My old boy was by Ansata Qasim and I got far too confused when I started looking into his lines with all the Ansata horses!!

She's been a star today - very pleased indeed :)

She is lovely, what you gonna do with her in the next month or so to get established with such a beauty? Bet you'll be moving into the stable!!:D

Yay! You have an Arab back in your life :D didn't last long haha. Just got your pm and dashed over for a nosey. She is gorgeous! Got really kind eyes, bet she is going to be a huge softie :) what's the deal with the loan, is it a set length, possible lwvtb or just a see what happens? Can't wait to see her once the winter woolies are gone and she is going into summer, she is going to look super! Enjoy all the cuddles and calmness xxx

:D :D

We'll see if she's still being angelic tomorrow, or if the halo is going to slip once she's recOvered from the shock of moving lol

Long term loan - no set length. But long term as in planning on backing / riding - so the plan is she'll be here a while ;)

She is very fluffy - especially compared to the other 2 as they're clipped out ;). :D
