My new horse has developed a runny nose - any advice?

Hi, I have had my new horse for nearly 2 weeks and over the last 3 days she has developed a runny nose. She has just had a 5 stage vetting so i hoping that its nothing serious!
It is a clear discharge and she doesn't have a cough, she lives out and is only brought into the stable (which has straw on the floor) for about an hour in the evening to groom her etc.
She is fed hi fi chaff and a vit supplement twice a day.
Has anyone got any ideas what may be causing this runny nose and what i could do about it? Any help gratefully received!

If it's clear and there is no other symptoms I wouldn't worry if the discharge is greenish and has a smell then you will need antibiotics.

Agree with previous poster Clear/white is fine but if its a green snotty discharge then anti-B's are needed.
