But in a nice cheeky way, I don't think he has a nasty bone in him but although he tries to be good he just can't do it :) He is like a naughty Shetland in a shire x cob body, all 16.3hh of it!!

I think a stepladder must have been involved. Or maybe some kind of ramp.

:D

A good running jump and a bit of velcro might be easier, I mean imagine getting a shetland to climb a ladder  :D

I like cheeky horses, nice bit of personality is always a good thing.

One of my favourite horses was basically a 16hh pony - he was a little (big) git (in the nicest possible way!) but there was never a dull moment:D

Mine can be really cheeky - today he stole (yes, stole, he took the the thing out of my hand) the mucking out/shavings fork and wouldn't let go, however much I tickled his tongue. I left him to it in the end though, I mean, if he actually wants to muck himself out that's absolutely fine by me :D

Mine does that! He tries to 'help' with the mucking out but ends up more of a hindrance when he drags the fork away  weird animal. I agree with the others, though, can't beat a horse with a personality, they never fail to make you smile :)
