My new house!

Its just too ostentatious, I don't see a pool for the horses, you can't expect them to share the owners private pool!
I would be selling it to all those travellers who want to live in the green belt, plenty of rooms for their large families and they can take the gates down to the scrappies to recoup some of the purchase price.

What is the point of the heated drive way. That doesn't even make sense. Also where does one graze ones horses!? Most of the land is woodland and the rest is landscaped gardens.

Even if I were insanely wealthy I would not want to live in a property like that. Not my style.

If it were marble it would need to be heated otherwise would be extremely slippery! Think of winter!

Does not warrant £70m, I'd rather buy a few properties or build my own for far far less than this!

I remember seeing this house on the market agessssss ago! Its virtually on every equestrian property website going (not that i'm looking  )

Hardly any equestrian facilities though? Hmmmm definately not worth the 70 mill !

However if I won the euromillion I wouldnt say no :)

SS x

I thought they were considering knocking it down as they can't sell it. It's been on the Market for ages

It has apparently being on the market since it was built, has been reprocessed from the builders who went bust and yes they are considering knocking it down as it won't sell and cost around £60,000 a month to maintain!!

Just imagine coming in from a ride with mud and dung on your boots, followed by your Lab, and the collie, the terrier thats been down a hole and the very wet spaniel!
Although I suppose one would have staff to deal with mud and dung.
And there is probably a 'dogs wing' for these creatures.....you could just get them out to show them off now and again, like you would the horses.
If it came with a complimentary Lambourgini and Moorlands Totilas I might make an offer.
